Can I contact you 24 hours a day?

No, sorry. At night we sleep and on public holidays we take care about our families. We don't promise you the moon but we deliver our promises.
We work Monday thru Friday from 8am to 6pm (
GMT +0700). You can send us emails anytime, which will be processed immediately or the next morning if they reach us during the night.
We use
Skype for instant messaging, a modern and secure way to communicate both in written form and verbally. -
How can I expell that you contact my customers directly?

Our co-operation partners will be granted exclusive customer protection for the time of initiating and performing the agency contract. We understand that this is the most important aspect of teamwork. Confidence is the basis. If we'd play foul only one time, nobody will trust us never again. The web is a global village.

Others are outsourcing to me. Can you help me to get my jobs done?

Certainly. If the volume of your orders is high enough, you can even have special prices and/or conditions. Just ask us and provide details. We're here to help.

What type of jobs can I outsource to you?

All web-related stuff. Although we are experts in TYPO3 and xt:Commerce, we can carry out each and every job that has something to do with HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS or the web in general. In addition, we are ready to hire people with special knowledge to fit your needs. Do not hesitate to ask us.

Does my tax and revenue office accept your invoices?

Yes. We are an incorporated company in Thailand. We can provide offical documents translated in German or English language, if your tax office needs that. All documents are legally attested. We pay taxes and social welfare contributions for our employees. We even stop at red traffic lights, which is not too common in Bangkok...

Your company is located in Thailand. Do I have to pay in thai currency?

No. You will receive your invoice in European currency (Euros) and also pay in that currency. You don't have to deal with currency conversion or fees. You just pay the amount invoiced, without any surcharges. We can also provide invoices in US-Dollar, if desired.

Why do I have to give you money in advance?

We offer unbeatable low prices. This is only possible, if we can be shure that we will get paid for our work. Law suits are expensive and time-consuming and would only lead to higher prices.
If you are a big and esteemed company we can talk about other conditions, of course. -
What is your account-number?

For security reasons, we do not publish our bank-account details here. We will provide you with all these details as soon as you place your first appointment.

How do I send you money after an appointment?

You have two choices:
Either use
Moneybookers to transfer the money.
Or transfer the funds to our bankaccount in Thailand. You have to instruct your bank to achieve a foreign bank transfer. We pay all transfer fees. Just instruct your bank to do so. Do not split the transfer fees. We provide very fair conditions. You pay for our work only, not for any fees.

What happens if my time sheet gets empty in the middle of a job?

We will inform you about that, send you an invoice and continue working on your job without delays. If we don't receive the money within 10 workdays, we'll suspend the job until the money arrives.

Joking aside, it depends on the comprehensiveness of the jobs you give us, of course. But we are fast and manpower is well-priced in Thailand. -
What languages do you speak?

We speak German (native), English (fluently) and Thai (native). You can communicate with us in any of these languages.
