Since March 23rd there is no online price list available anymore. Prices are negotiable depending on customer's requirements. Please use our contact form or contact Mr. Ralf Geffke to get a personal price for your project.
Terms and conditions of outsourcing
- Invoices must be paid in advance.
- Purchased man hours are not refundable, excepting for we do not carry out your instructions.
- Purchased man hours are further not refundable, if your instructions are against the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand (e.g. porn sites, gambling sites and such).
- You must provide a requirements specification to avoid call backs and delays.
- We do exactly and only what you instruct us to do in this requirements specification. If you need additional consulting, this will be deducted from your time sheet after your agreement and before the consulting takes place.
- Man hours cannot be summed-up. You cannot buy e.g. 50 man hours two times consecutively and then claim the discount for 100 man hours at the end.
- All provided elements (e.g. code-snippets, graphics, pictures, texts, etc.) must be ready to use. We are able to do image-processing and wording for you, but this has to be agreed on before our quotation is made and sent to you.
- Outsourcing means that we do the work that otherwise your employees would do. We cannot communicate with your customers to find out what they really need or want. Job preparation schedules is your job, when it comes to outsourcing.
- You do not "buy" our company for the desired period of time. "Man hour" means one of our employees will work one hour for you. If your job is urgent and you need two employees to work on it at the same time, then 80 man hours are used-up in 40 hours. If this happens, you will be notified first and your agreement is required.
- You always get our quotation, which has to be approved by you, before any amount of time is deducted from your time sheet. Once you approved our quotation, it is binding on both parties and we'll start doing the job.
